If you’re an existing Amber tenant or you wish to make a service enquiry, please call us from a landline or mobile on freephone: 0207 866 2328.

(The quietest times to call are 10am-12pm and 2-4pm on Tuesday-Friday. Our busiest day is Monday. Our call team are available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.  Our rents, support services and housing teams are available to call from 9 am-5 pm.)
